Is Cycle Guroo for beginners?
Yes, absolutely! We love newbies! We firmly believe that everyone has to start somewhere, and walking in the studio is the first step to changing your life forever. We feel that all new clients should commit to least five classes to become adjusted to their workout. It’s our promise that you will be in a nurturing community environment and be inspired by one another. What are you waiting for?
Are clip-in shoes required?
In our experience, cycling is much more enjoyable if you’re wearing cleats. But we also understand that not everyone wants to invest in them, at least to start. That’s why we have rental shoes available. Our bikes are equipped with the versatile TRIO Pedal, which makes it easy to switch between riding with LOOK® or SPD® cleats. If you love the shoes, we can order them for you and can "borrow" ours until yours arrive.
Do you have showers and changing rooms?
The cycle room is going to make you soaking wet, and we know how it feels when you are a sweaty mess. That’s why the studio is equipped with one shower, as well as two restrooms with ample changing space.
Do you have lockers to keep my personal belongings in?
Definitely! Our lockers are electronic and free of charge. We do not allow cell phones or personal belongings in the cycling studio, so we kindly request that you use the lockers for your stuff.
What should I bring to class?
We recommend you wear fitness clothing and bring a water bottle. We also encourage you to be open to this new experience by releasing your ego and realizing that you can do anything you are determined to do. We provide towels, have a water dispenser, and offer changing rooms.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you reserve your bike online, you are committed to attending class. But we also understand that things can happen, so we have an 8-hour cancellation policy. To cancel, call us at (239) 249-6765 or go online to your account at www.cycleguroo.com to adjust your reservation. If you are simply running a little bit behind, we ask that you call the studio to let us know. In the event that you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled, even with a phone call notification. For more information on our cancellation policy, click here.
What if I have to leave early?
We understand, and ask that you make your exit as seamlessly as possible. Please also let your instructor know of your intentions prior to the start of class.
Do you have a waitlist?
In the event that a class is full, you can place your name on our waitlist. If you are not in the studio five minutes before the start of the class, your spot will be forfeit.
Do you offer childcare?
We love kids, but at this time, we are not equipped to offer childcare. For the safety of all our clients, we also do not allow children in the cycle room during class.
Where do I park?
There is ample parking behind the Midtowne Center. Cycle Guroo, LLC is not held liable or responsible for personal items left in your car, nor is it responsible or held liable to any damage that may occur to your car. Please lock your car and place your personal belonging out of site, or bring them with you for safekeeping.
Is the cycle room available for private parties or classes?
